Registration time

If the client went to Germany to apply for the VISA of the legal representative of Germany Company, it will take around 4-6 months to finish the registration of the company, based on the time for applying Visa for around 1-3months.

Our service goes as follows:

1. Make assessment on investor background free in advance;
2. Sign the engagement letter;
3. The investor provides information such as personal or corporate management plan.
4. Fulfill the Business Plan according to IHK (Internationale Handel skammer)and Ausländerbehörde in Germany:

  • Compose Business Plan by Germany veteran lawyer;
  • Complete corporate profits and tax budgetary plan yearly by Germany veteran accountant;

5. Assessment and Registration in local Germany:

  • Finish company economic prospect evaluation in IHK;
  • Finish company name and business scope evaluation;

  • Pre-registration in Germany notary and court temporarily;
  • Pre-registration in Germany Finanzamt.

6. Return Germany evaluation documents to China (for people who need visa from Germany Embassy in China):

  • Prepare relevant documents;
  • Submit documents to the Germany Embassy in China;
  • Apply for the 90-day short-term transit visa.

7. Post-registration:

  • Transact bank account opening and capital injection;
  • Change the long-term Germany investment visa;
  • Finish registration in the Germany Gewerbeamt and obtain business certificate;
  • Finish the official registration in Germany notary and court;
  • Finish the official registration in Germany Finanzamt and obtain the tax code;
  • Finish the Zollamt registration and obtain the import and export code;
